HOW DO I ORDER?

Ordering is simple. Click on your desired chip on our website. Fill out the order form with all required information: Quantity, Color, Upgrades ect. You will either already have a proof number to reference, have art/text to input into the form, or be able to click the builder tool to make your design. Once you do that, add it to your cart and checkout from there! Customer service reps are availbe if you have any issues. You can contact them via live chat or phone (888) 865-7585. CAN I SEE WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE BEFORE ORDERING?

VIRTUAL PROOF : You are able to click on our virtual proof banner and submit your information for a FREE virtual proof to be made prior to ordering. This will make ordering much more simple, as you will only need to refernce your proof number when placing your order because you will be ahead of the game with your art already complete! There is no limit on how many edits you need; we want it to be exactly what you want before placing the order. 

BUILDER TOOL: We now have a design tool for your use, if you want to see it right away. Right on the order page you will see a button that says DESIGN YOUR CHIP. That will bring you to the builder tool for you to upload and input text however you want, for FREE, before placing your order. Please note *** If you build the artwork yoruself with our tool, you will not recieve a new proof before production. Production will begin the following business day from when you place your order. We will only produce what you created. If there are any issues or concerns with what you created, we will contact you directly prior to the start of production. All art is centered and enlarged to fit the imprint area, so do not be worried if you are not an expert with our tool, we will take care of it.

NEW ORDERS: When placing a new order, you are able to input your text and upload any graphics directly onto the form. When you do it this way, we will create your proof for you and send you a proof for approval within 24 hours of the order being placed. Nothing will be produced until we have your final approval. Once we recieve your written approval production will then begin. 

HOW ARE THE CHIPS PRINTED?

We have four main print processes: Custom Inlay, Direct Print, Ceramic Sublimation, and Hot Stamping.

1. Custom Inlay - This process is done on chips that are custom made with a recessed center (Our 8 Stripe Chip). Custom Latex Infused labels are printed on in high resolution full color and are inserted into the center of the chip. The latex infused labels are water resistant and have a strong glue adhesion. We also have vinyl and extra coated laminated options available.
2. Premium Direct Print - Through our premium print technology, we do full color printing directly onto the poker chip itself (6 Stripe, 6 Stripe Deluxe, Dice Full Color chips). The ink is dried instantly and will not rub or scratch off.
3. Ceramic - Our clean slate ceramic tokens are fully customized on both the front and back. Through our sublimation process, the ceramic tokens are printed at over 400 degrees as the imprint is baked into the actual chip itself. Direct UV printing option also used depending on the graphic. 
4. Hot Stamping - A metal die is made with your custom imprint and heated between 280 to 300 degrees where a gold, silver, white, black, red or blue foil are stamped directly on the the poker chip. The hot stamp print will last many years is extremely durable. When sending artwork for this print method, be sure to send vector art or black and white artwork. If we have to alter the art for one color, there may incur a design charge of $20.00

HOW DO I ORDER SPECIFIC COLOR AMOUNTS?

To order multiple chip colors on an order, select "Assorted" and then you can specify what you want under special instructions. They must be in multiples of 25.

WHAT IF I WANT MULTIPLE IMPRINTS?

Our prices include up to two separate imprints on our full color chips and one imprint on our hot stamp chips. For multiple imprints there are added change of copy fees that vary, please email us @ thecmcasino@gmail.com and we can put together a custom quote.

HOW MUCH IS THE SET-UP CHARGE?

All prices include free set-up for up to two imprints. If there are multiple imprints or changes in copy, you can contact us for a custom quote. If we have to design artwork from scratch or significantly alter artwork, there may be a small design fee of $20.00 depending on what is required. All sizing and layout for the best print possible on the poker chip is included.

HOW LONG IS PROUDCTION TIME?

Standard production for the average size order (500 chips) is about 5 business days after art approval. For larger orders, production can vary from 7 to 10 business days. Production time does not include ship time. Please contact us if you have a specific in hand date and we can work to accomodate your date.

RETURN POLICY

Our products are custom designed using your logo or artwork on poker chips using our advanced technologies. We work closely with you to ensure the design and sizing meet your requirements. Once artwork is approved and the printing has been completed, we do not offer a full refund if the product matches the proof and there is no error in the printing.  If you build your own artwork on our builder tool, we will produced exactly what you created. No approval will be requested unless there is an issue with what the you created.  Due to the custom-made nature of the print, we are not able to provide a refund. However, we do offer exchanges if necessary and will work to find the appropriate product to make sure our customer is happy. For non printed items, you can return for up to 14 days. You would have to pay to return ship the items back to us.
